Overall a very professional service. No pressure to buy. The salesman took time to understand our needs and to show us suitable products. He answered questions fully without any unnecessary salesman like language. The it system was down but my order was taken manually and they called to formalise the order once the system came back. Very impressed with the colleague who served us.

The lady we saw in store was extremely helpful and lovely!! She met all our needs took her time and had all the answers to our questions. We were very impressed with the sleep machine and can’t wait to get our new bed

Carol and Lewis could not have been more helpful if they tried! They really are a credit to your company! I felt terrible when I realised the store had closed but they were so so kind and assured us it was okay and we could continue on to complete our purchase. The whole way though our visit they made sure we had all the information we needed to make a good choice on what we was going for. Nothing was to big or to small and they are clearly a happy and close team! Xx

First Class experience with Lewis. He was relaxed, knowledgeable, never pushy. He respected social distancing and seemed enthused with your company. We ordered a mattress and said we would come back a few days later. When we arrived we asked to see Lewis. After a while of observation it was clear all the staff seemed approachable and relaxed. Dreams have good team there.
