The young man that assisted me was very helpful, polite, informative and not pushy. My last bed was from dreams and the mattress needed replacing as it was 10 yrs old...I would never get a mattress from anywhere else now as it has been the best bed ever!... My husband an I always comment on how comfortable it is and find it hard when we go away on holiday as beds never compare to ours! Thank you dreams for the best sleep....

Harry was very attentive, took the time to understand what we wanted and matched us to a few products that fit our needs. Gave us both a drink and was knowledgeable. The only disappointment was the 5 week wait but that wasn’t Harry’s fault.
