Dreams - Ipswich

From the moment I walked in all social distancing and safety measures were in place. Cathleen greeted me immediately and was so smiley and friendly. I’m a single Mum with two young children and she engaged with them and made the experience fun. She helped me with my budget and I managed to purchase both beds in store for my children. They both gave all the bed and Cathleen a thumbs up with their hands and feet!! I will definitely be returning and can’t thank her enough. It’s daunting going into new places with what we are all adapting too but Cathleen was amazing thank you.

Gerrell was really helpful, he knew the products and assessed our needs before offering his product knowledge which assisted us with making our decision and subsequently our purchase. It was great that we didn't feel pressured, we were left to browse the mattresses that had been suggested to us and there was no negativity towards us when we decided to go away and think about it. We made our decision the same day and popped back to make our purchase:)

The young man that assisted me was very helpful, polite, informative and not pushy. My last bed was from dreams and the mattress needed replacing as it was 10 yrs old...I would never get a mattress from anywhere else now as it has been the best bed ever!... My husband an I always comment on how comfortable it is and find it hard when we go away on holiday as beds never compare to ours! Thank you dreams for the best sleep....
