Gerrell was spot on. He assisted us with what we were looking for but let us look without putting any pressure on us. He was really helpful, with great advice and made us feel very welcome. It was a really hot day and he gave us a bottle of cold water each which was so good, just what we needed. He was a true gentleman and I will definitely return to this store in the future.

Harry our sales person was good and to the point, asked us what we needed and there was no messing around, perfect. He also offered us the sleepmatch which was fantastic and swiftly showed us the options, again something me and my partner really liked. He also gave us space to and time to think.

We were welcomed the moment we walked in, impressed with hand sanitiser display on entry, gentleman was extremely helpful, covered beds with paper sheets so we could sit and feel the quality, advised us on what would suit us by what we had told him, processed in minutes and delivery arranged for 4 days later! Outstanding service
