Excellent customer service from Marnie who whittled down the multitude of options to a core set we could work through.

The staff were very knowledgable, patient and keen to help but I never felt overly pressured. I visited many bed shops but this was by far the best experience in terms of comparing alternatives and understanding which products would suit us best.

Our shopping experience was great we used the machine to see what mattress was better for us and then with the help of Tori chose our suitable item

We visited dreams with a view to understanding firmness and what would be suitable for us. The gentleman whom served us was very polite and offered advice and assistance and recommended we use sleepmatch. He was very patient as had to deal with myself and my husband separately due to our toddler not wanting to remain in one place. Of which he was very professional. After being suitably sleepmatched we were shown the top suitable mattresses. Explained the differences of how they were made and how they differed. We had no intention of buying a mattress. But we did purchase a mattress which suited our needs at a much higher price than we intended. However, customer service was excellent, sleepmatch was brilliant, the other staff support was well received. And our questions and challenges were well answered. The only negative we had was that we looked at the wrong price tag. We looked at the headboard rather than the mattress. Once the order was complete. We asked about our second purchase which is for an emporer mattress and the advice and guidance was excellent. We very much look forward to placing an order with you for our primary mattress, headboard and bed frame!

Our sales person Carol from the Ipswich branch was brilliant really friendly and listened to exactly what my needs were,she wasn't pushy at all and made sure I had the best deal,I'd been to 3 other stores that day but because Carol's knowledge and putting me first rather than the price I decided to place my order Overall highly satisfied

The lady who helped us at the Ipswich branch was brilliant! She was good fun, knew her products and was straight talking. We didnt spend ages trying bed after bed. She asked a few questions and quickly found the correct bed for us.

We were received with a very warm welcome by Marnie who showed us a range of bed's we were interested in and was very patient with us and also showed her knowledge of the range of the bed's we eventually settled on a bed that we both really liked

Very friendly welcome, excellent product knowledge, nothing was too much trouble, worked within our budget and purchased easily, very happy all round
