I found Harry the assistant to be very pleasant and helpful. I was not rushed, pressures or made to feel uncomfortable.

We original went to the bury st edmunds store and chose a mattress from display.. and was told because we didnt live in the correct postcode it couldnt be delivered.. we're 9 miles from the store. The sales guy then just walked off with no further help.. We drove 35 miles to Ipswich and found the same mattress and the staff there Kathy the manager and Vicky were fantastic and a real credit to dreams.. we bought the same mattress off the display and it's being delivered this Thursday.. Couldn't of had two totally different experiences....

Very professional staff - we were greeted upon arrival, shown to exactly what we were looking for and looked after to a very high standard from start to finish. We left feeling 100% satisfied with our purchase and sale from the staff.

Carol was very helpful in helping me select which mattress and seemed honest with her advice.
