the lady assisting us, made us feel comfortably, not embarrassed at all about laying on a bed with my partner in public! there was a range of beds to try out, and I felt reassured that we did find the best one for us, having failed 3 times before, buying mattresses and getting a very bad back and not a good sleep. I am very grateful, for the time and effort she put in, for me!

The assistant Vicky was very helpful without being pushy. She listened to exactly what my mum wanted. In today’s climate we both felt at ease and safe to shop in Dreams. I had looked online before going in store but after speaking with Vicky I soon realised my mum needed a different sort of mattress. A good price too.
