First visited Dreams 5/7/20 to find out about mattress types, available products. Gerrell was very helpful and assisted us by listening to what we were looking for. He spent time going through options and was so polite. He left a very good impression and when we were ready to pur hase, visited the store on 16/8/20 and asked for him again.

We felt that Vicky our sales assistant was very helpful and encouraging. We didn't know exactly what we wanted when we arrived but she asked all the right questions and helped make the process much easier. We left knowing we got just the right bed.

Harry was very helpful, he showed us how the bed resting system worked and then showed us a few wonderful beds, one of which we purchased. He also selected pillows that he thought we might like and we purchased one. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

the lady assisting us, made us feel comfortably, not embarrassed at all about laying on a bed with my partner in public! there was a range of beds to try out, and I felt reassured that we did find the best one for us, having failed 3 times before, buying mattresses and getting a very bad back and not a good sleep. I am very grateful, for the time and effort she put in, for me!
