Friendly staff member whom allowed us time to process the information to make a choice. We left this store to view beds and offers in a near by store, however we returned to dreams at Ipswich as the other store had rude and pushy staff. Upon our return Harry was observant and helpful had we completed our purchase with dreams rather than with bensons due to staff attitude.

Carol the assistant was very helpful, we tried many mattresses She was not pushy & answered our questions easily
