We dealt with a colleauge called Tori in the Ipswich branch at Ransome's. My partner and I were looking for a new mattress and possibly a new bed frame to go with it. Tori was exceptionally helpful and patient with us, taking the time to go through the Bed Match system with us, explaining how it'd all work and then taking us around trying each of the results. Very knowledgable, very helpful and very personable 10/10 :)
