Dreams - Ipswich

Approached when we entered and asked if we knew what we were looking for. Went on the bed mattress expereince to tell us what type of mattress would suit us. We were explained the colour coding of the beds and left to look and try for ourselves. No hassle in ordering mattress we requested.

We had a lovely assistant help us she used the mattress machine and explained how everything works and why its important for our specific needs. She also was helping us find something within our price range that would be good for us and wasn't just trying to get us to spend a lot of money

Friendly, easy going Dreams Colleague who didn't pressure me whilst I considered all the options. When I said I'd go for a coffee to decide and come back later, he didn't try and make me stay.
