We were greeted in a friendly way and introduced to the person who served us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, he explained the sleepmatch and once i had done that showed me the options. I never felt pressured or crowded. In all a great experience from Lewis

Lewis at the Dreams store in Ipswich was a massive help, he was very knowledgable, friendly and had plenty of time for us - we never felt rushed. He has helped us from start to finish over the course of several visits to decide which item we wanted to purchase. Would definitely recommend him/ Dreams to any friends and family looking to upgrade.

When visiting the store I didn’t feel as though I was jumped on as soon as I walked through the door which is always good! But after a little while of allowing me to look around a very helpful lady came up and let me know that if I needed any help or had any questions that I could just ask her. The lady that helped me throughout the whole process was very bubbly and informative which always helps the shopping experience. When I asked about mattresses Marnie knew straight away just from asking a couple of questions which would suit me better, this showed amazing customer service and knowledge of store products, I was quite impressed!! The whole process from walking I. The door to leaving with receipt in hand was very easy and didn’t feel stressful at all! The company proved its flexibility around delivery as well, which is great for people who work shift work like myself!

We were able to find the product we were looking for quickly and is being delivered within two week. Very good in store service too.

All staff were extremely considerate, polite and knowledgable. The manager set us up on a newfangled bed which tested ergonomics and passed us to a chap called Lewis, who we had with us until the end. We were first time buyers and were fairly naive. Lewis answered all of our questions and gave us tonnes of invaluable information. We found Lewis incredibly likeable and friendly, but above all we appreciated his honesty the most. We were offered drinks and were left to try the mattresses without constant invigilation. It's a small gesture, taking a few paces away from the beds when we were trying them, but it was immediately noticed and appreciated. The momentary privacy helped our decision making and kept us in-store when discussing potential purchases. There was no pressure placed upon us to purchase there and then - we were left alone to deliberate and were told when the store closed and when sales finished. With fantastic customer service, our time in store was safe, enjoyable and productive. A more pushy and invasive approach may have very well turned our custom away, but we're very glad we had the staff that we got.

The salesman was very helpful, and ensured that I get the right mattress for my teenage daughter.

Friendly lady experience in her work

I not only found something that I wanted/needed, but I was also shown around various different products and was explained how they would be of benefit to me, plus I was allowed to go back over the ones we had already viewed and it wasnt a problem, so I was able to make up my mind and make a purchase. Even thou the store didnt have what I originally had in mind I was still assisted and was able to get what I needed without having to go else where, so happy with that, thanks

As soon as we entered the ipswich store Adele came over greeted us and offered help I explained that I was waking up with pain in my back so she put us on the mattress machine thing to help us pick the right mattress for us. She was with us for the entire shopping experience and was very helpful. 20 minutes previously we had been to glass wells looking at a bed and were completely ignored so walked out. So to find Adele at your ipswich branch who was willing to take the time to help us was amazing. Thank you for a positive experience 😁
