The shop was spotless with clear social distancing guidelines. We felt very safe. All 3 members of staff were friendly. Shane was great, explained everything well and gave us space and time to find the right mattress.

I came into the store with my grandmother looking for new mattress options for her. We were greeted by Vicky who kindly offered us a bottle of water. We explained why we were looking and she took us over to the sleep match machine, which was very easy to use even for my elderly grandma. Vicky’s product knowledge was spot on, and it was clear she really thought about my grandmas needs for the new mattress as we continued talking things over and she added suggestions for problems that the machine had not accounted for. After finding two that my grandma was happy with, I decided to try the machine out for myself, which led me to a perfect mattress that I will need to save for! I mentioned to Vicky that I have trouble with neck/shoulder pain when I wake. She recommended a tempur pillow and let me test a couple of options. I purchased one and needless to say this morning I have no neck pain at all, incredibly happy with the product and her choice was exactly right for me. I will eventually be back for my perfect mattress!
