I felt the store was well set out, this enabled me to walk around the store while observing social distancing. All staff and customers were wearing masks, and equipment was carefully sanitised before I had to use it. Cathy was my sales assistant, she was friendly, polite and helped me choose the product I needed without being pushy which I appreciated.

The shop was spotless with clear social distancing guidelines. We felt very safe. All 3 members of staff were friendly. Shane was great, explained everything well and gave us space and time to find the right mattress.
