Covid guidelines are clear when you enter the store. We were greeted straight away by a friendly, knowledgeable staff member. We were asked if we wanted to do the sleep match and had the benefits explained. The staff member got us each a pillow specific to the recommendation from the sleep match, took us to the 3 most recommended beds and spoke us through each of them. We only went in to get an idea of what we wanted and left having purchased a new mattress, 2 pillows and a mattress protector. We had a very pleasant experience and I've already recommended the sleep match to friends and family.

The assistant was professional and very helpful. He showed us a range of mattresses. We did not feel pressured to make a purchase. There was no waiting time.

The sales person was helpful but not pushy. He helped us with the mattress assessment tool in store & then let us get on with it, which suited my purchasing style.

I felt the store was well set out, this enabled me to walk around the store while observing social distancing. All staff and customers were wearing masks, and equipment was carefully sanitised before I had to use it. Cathy was my sales assistant, she was friendly, polite and helped me choose the product I needed without being pushy which I appreciated.
