Harry was really friendly from the start, met us at the door, followed all COVID regulations & felt safe. We used the Sleepmaster machine & were shown which mattresses were matched to our needs, we weren’t rushed at all & felt comfortable in the store. We took a few days to talk about which bed & mattress we wanted & we asked for the measurements which Harry gave to us quickly. I came back to see Harry again to purchase the bed & he remembered me & the products we were interested in so it was very straight forward & easy to complete the purchase. Validation code: B083
