We were welcomed at the door and made to feel very safe with hand sanitizers and directions round the store. We were also offered water if needed. Carol was extremely helpful, and made herself available as soon as we had questions to ask. She helped us to choose the right mattress for my husbands hip problems and she certainly knew her product. Placing the order was made simple by her and we left feeling very satisfied.

Harry was really friendly from the start, met us at the door, followed all COVID regulations & felt safe. We used the Sleepmaster machine & were shown which mattresses were matched to our needs, we weren’t rushed at all & felt comfortable in the store. We took a few days to talk about which bed & mattress we wanted & we asked for the measurements which Harry gave to us quickly. I came back to see Harry again to purchase the bed & he remembered me & the products we were interested in so it was very straight forward & easy to complete the purchase. Validation code: B083
