Store assistant Carol was absolutely brilliant. Was happy to spend as much time as needed with us to assist with our purchase. Was interested in our likes/dislikes and lifestyle, so was able to perfectly match us up to our new mattress. Faultless.

Had items in stock and friendly staff. It is interesting that the most expensive mattress is next to the Dreams bed calculator machine............

Lewis at the Ipswich branch was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He explained everything really well to us and made great suggestions without putting any pressure on us to buy. We felt really confident with our end choices and he made the experience very easy for us. We came in not really knowing what we wanted and came out with what we feel is the perfect bed for us. The only downside was the 3 month delivery time, which was totally out of his control and even then he explained everything really well. He was definitely the reason we shopped with you and not elsewhere.
