Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful but wasn’t pushy in any way.

Excellent assistance as soon as I walked into the store, which was empty of other shoppers. Good choice of mattresses, though not graded 1 - 5 for firmness as in other shops. Was able to try recommended beds to establish degree of comfort. A much longer test would be better, but good to hear that I can swap for a different mattress within 40 days of delivery if needed. In all, a good experience with a cup of tea to end with. Prices are rather on the high side, and the 'sale' only seemed to apply to some items, not all as suggested by the TV advert. First class service throughout my visit.

Carol was very professional, knowledgeable and informative regarding the products. We felt very at ease and she gave us plenty of time and space to make the right choice of bed to suit us. The store itself is very light and spacious with plenty of hand sanitizers dotted around the store. I would highly recommend the Ipswich store and staff, especially Carol.
