Gerrell was a very patient and knowledgeable sales assistant who took time and care in his recommendations. He was also very friendly and made the experience an enjoyable one - while adhering to all social distancing measures. It was very good customer service and I am excited to get my new mattress!

That Sleepmaster contraption is amazing; it took 3 minutes to do what I spent 3 hours of on-line research to do! It came up with the same options I already had (including the mattress I bought). The assistant, Shane, was polite, friendly and patient. I was offered water and a pillow, to help with my mattress choice. I was able to return to the same mattresses as many times as I needed, to compare the comfort levels. I have already recommended Dreams to family and friends, as a result of my visit.

We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we entered the door, felt very safe with the sanitizing of the store. the sales assistant was very helpful and made the whole experience very pleasant.
