We were served by Carol order 083A023141. She was extremely helpful & very friendly making our shopping experience enhancing. We shopped around at other stores but returned to make our purchase with Dreams as the value & deal was better. Would definitely return & recommend thank you.

Was greeted by Vicky as soon as we entered the shop and asked if we needed help. She was very knowledgeable about the products and pointed us in the right direction and helped enormously choosing the ideal mattress for us.

We were greeted with a friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm for the products they were offering. Cathy the store manager was the lady that served us and she set an excellent example for the rest of the team to see, she made the experience enjoyable. Both my husband and I were a l so impressed with how everything was being sanitized after every touch. Well done.

Owing to my wife sudden illness, I had to create space in the bedroom for wheelchair etc. On visiting Dreams in Euro park Ipswich, an assistant named Carol help me to order 083A0233119 which was easy to do. But with CAROL help and professionalism it was achieved
