The bed price in store was £449, I was charged £549, I was told that was the price on the website, this bed was for my son, I carried on with the sale, because I can not find it anywhere else, they took of £54.90 as I also brought insurance with it, but I will think twice before buying again from your store.

We purchased a takeaway foam mattress the staff were excellent unfortunately when we got home and unpacked the mattress it was the spring version of the foam mattress which wasn't what we'd ordered we live in a tiny bungalow as I'm disabled my husband phoned Ipswich branch of dreams to explain what had happened and they have arranged to collect the mattress on Fri 14th September as the mattress is on top of our bed as we have nowhere else to keep it we now have to sleep on our living room sofas until 14th my husband is now going to buy a trolley so that he can try to get the mattress in our car to return it so that we can at least sleep in our bed as sleeping on the sofa is not good for my arthritis I am so upset about this and so disappointed with dreams the male assistant got the mattress and put it in our car we didn't check it was the right one because we trusted dreams that it was what we paid for it's such a shame because the service from everyone in the store was fantastic

Since making the purchase I have received marketing emails which I did not want or agree to. I believe online process has the option to just say NO.

Sue (Ipswich store) was very helpful and attentive without being pushy. She allowed us plenty of time to choose and gave advise freely when asked.

The mattress was not at all comfortable, too firm! Even though I specified I wanted a soft mattress to the staff. When I wanted to change the mattress for something more comfortable nobody in store wanted to help me, I just got given a phone number to call, the guy on the phone was very unhelpful. I was unhappy with the choice of soft mattresses available, there was none in my price range so I had no choice but to spend more money for a 'softer mattress' which is still not comfortable. So now I am left £900 out of pocket with a mattress which is not soft enough.
