Although we were assisted with our purchase the particular assistant didnt seem very approachable or indeed happy to be there! When our order was being processed there wasnt any other information given to us unless prompted (eg the 40nights guarantee etc) and no gratitude showed for the sale. Maybe it was just an off day but we didnt leave there feeling a valued customer.

I had to return to Ipswich due to the Bill NOT being correctly itemised!. The Manager took a copy for your head Office to see!.

Initially I was satisfied with the experience. However it now appears that we were not fully made aware that the furniture we ordered was not going to be delivered on what we thought was the agreed date in store. The order clearly states 30 September yet we have since been advised that the furniture will not be delivered until 11 October thus leaving us without any bedroom furniture for 11 days. This leaves us dissatisfied with our shopping experience.

The sales person behaved like it was a real effort to serve me. Given we were the only customers in the store it took ages for an assistant to come and speak to us. When he did, it was almost robotic.... There was no interaction or attempt to actually help us to find the product that was right for us. If it hadn't been for the sale prices I would definitely walked straight out of your store.

Chose a specific mattress having explained our needs and agreed on a particular one at the price shown. But next model down delivered as we had not noticed paperwork was for a different model number. We had to return to the store twice and make 2 separate calls to Customer Service Dept as mattress delivered was totally unsuitable.

The lady who dealt with our enquiry was very nice. The issue came with booking the bed and the confusing manner which she explained it had to be reserved. We thought we were receiving a discount but all that was put back on delivery charges, saturday fees, bed removal etc - all of which were not necessary as we had no bed to pick up nor was the delivery on a saturday. The assistant keep double checking with her colleague and between them the process was just confusing. After the event the store manager confirmed that this was dreams booking system. This is the fifth bed we have purchased in the last five year with dreams and probably the last.

The bed price in store was £449, I was charged £549, I was told that was the price on the website, this bed was for my son, I carried on with the sale, because I can not find it anywhere else, they took of £54.90 as I also brought insurance with it, but I will think twice before buying again from your store.
