It was OK but nothing special. We chose the mattress we wanted without needing to ask anyone. We still don't know if the one we bought was in the sale - we don't shop for this sort of thing very often, so had no price comparison, but it seemed reasonable. The only 'Highly Satisfied' bit was the person who took our order; she was friendly and helpful. It hasn't actually been delivered yet so I can't say how satisfied we'll be with it. So I'm also not pleased to be asked to complete a survey before we have used the mattress. Your system must be able to see when it is to be delivered.

I was satisfied that the sales assistant did her job, she was competent and I was happy with the purchase - sorry its black and white, I'm either satisfied or not - in this case I was satisfied.

We were probably given too much information and the choice of mattresses was such that it was difficult to remember a lot of what we'd been told. The ordering process seemed to take longer than we'd expected. There was plenty of choice, however, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were also invited to take our dog into the store rather than leave her in the car - this was greatly appreciated.

I will only give the top rating in surveys if 'truly exceptional' service is given.

The assistant actually spent time with us. wanted to know about our needs and went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted and were happy with our decision

Because the there's all ways room for improvement

£40 delivery then extra £40 to dispose of mattress. Already paid over £2000, disposal should be free.

When approached to start with by a member of staff I said I was just looking and their reply was "I'm just doing my job" which I thought was a bit rude.

We were totally satisfied else we wouldn't have placed the order !

probably the fact I do not enjoy shopping.overall they were very helpful
