Dreams - Ipswich

No particular reason .went looking for a new bed the lady was very helpful and gave us time to look then gave us help when needed .

Could have been more offers available, for example free headboard or something that makes Dreams stand out.

We were bying a bed,When the bed is delivered and we have slept on it we will let you if we are Highly Satisfied!!

I bought waterproof mattress covers and after one night I want to return them, but cant as unwrapped. Made me too hot and too slippy.

took a while to get seen only friendly helpful person was carol who i dont fault at all you need more staff like carol the rest beside the other lady seem grumpy especially when we came back to settle the balance no confesation from the bloke didn't feel friendly greeted except carol sad hello and ask how we where was like he was just interesting in putting the money on the computer system didnt even give thanks and not very willing to help i know it didn't help anyway on the day of purchase it didnt help coming in the shop half hour before close i surpose but we purchase a quite expensive bed only reason we continued was because carol was so helpful and willing to stay late to close the sale feel it could be a bit clearer on prices and option of mattresses as i hope it will sofen up a bit but could do with a little bit softer mattress still better than what we had over all great exprience but feel i could of got a whole bed a bit cheaper else where and my draw on bed is broke and still not received replacement advantage of buying from you can try beds out before buying which is the main reason for going to you hope all be sorted by this week

I believe there is always room for improvement, but the staff and store were well presented.
