I thought that delivery would be free, but it wasn't.

When looking at the bed, I spoke to two employees - the first very briefly but the second employee made the effort to come over and show us different components of the bed. He however was not allowed to put the sale through as his, but instead the first employee had his name put down for the sale 'Shane' even though he did not help me at all. I do not know the second employees name but he was younger and a lot more helpful!

Noly thing was how hard it was to change to a king size after ordering. I called the store, they advised I call customer service. After calling customer service they said they would amend the order and call back in half hour. I had to call them back 3 hours later to leave a message for a call back from the original guy to then wait another half hour before he called to complete.

The gentleman who took the order put the order in for a month later than we asked for in the shop! We returned today once we realised the problem after receiving a text confirming the date of delivery. All he could say was sorry but we are unable to deliver it before that date. ( we requested a Wednesday as its my day off work). There was little attempt to try to resolve the issue, we could clearly see he had realised that he made the mistake. While we accept mistakes can be made it doesn't really help us as the bed was for our daughter and we planned to do her bedroom while she was on holiday, but now she will have to wait another month for her new bed.

We were after the Resplendant mattress in Medium and when I asked the difference between the firm and the medium your colleague didn't appear to know a great deal about the mattress apart from running backwards and forwards to the different mattresses

Quite a long wait for the sofa bed to be delivered

Carol the sales advisor seemed to lead that she has these products and we would be over satisfied with them. we also had to ask for assistance as any advisors who were not dealing with customers were walking around the store. we also over heard 1 of the staff saying please give a good review for us, on a plus we are able to have the delivery date we want which is extremely satisfying.

I have no criticism of the store or the staff. The reason I put highly satisfied over the price is because there was a minor problem with the goods we purchased, but received a very good discount. It surely is a matter of opinion between satisfied and highly satisfied. If I had been greeted with a cup of tea as I entered the store, sat down and had the goods brought to me for my inspection and then been given a 75per cent discount I would have been highly satisfied !
