Being "Highly Satisfied" would imply that everything during my store visit was exceptional and people go "above and beyond"whereas in my view, the staff were doing what they are paid to do hence being "Satisfied"

- Didn't realise that I wasn't buying Tempur pillows when that is what we went to that section to look at. The Therapur Actigel ones are certainly not as comfortable as the Tempur Traditional pillow! - Salesman failed to mention that mattress collection/recycling was not part of the service and didn't give me an option to book this when making my purchase, so I had to make my own plans to avoid having to re-book the delivery. They couldn't even indicate when the re-delivery date would be... - Did get a mattress cover and pillow thrown in but I was still hoping for a better "deal". Bensons had offered 2 Tempur mattress covers AND a luxury super-king duvet but were looking at a 3-week delivery period rather than 3 days with Dreams.

I found it to be a pleasant shopping experience,to purchase a single bed for my teenage daughter. I will be happy to return when I replace my own bed. All the staff were polite and courteous.

We were satisfied with the items for sale and their value but the staffing of the store left a lot to be desired! The first member of staff that we asked to assist just grunted and could not offer us any advice or knowledge of children's beds that we were after. The second member of staff that we then spoke to was keener to help but very unprofessional in their mannerisms and even swore when he couldn't find the price he was after which was not appreciated by us in front of our 4 year old son.

The mattress I wanted has a 1 month lead in time, which I wasn't previously aware of from visiting the store and also looking online. It means I cannot have it when I would like and have to wait a week longer. This was the only negative thing
