We were very happy with the service and staff, I was looking for a basic bed frame and my only problem was there wasn't one on show. The staff knew exactly what I wanted and showed me online.

Came in twice, the first assistant was very helpful, informative & friendly. Second visit was different assistant & didn't offer much help. Thankfully we had already made up our minds after our initial visit. Would be better if all assistants were as helpful as the first! No options of bed base or payment methods were discussed on our second visit.

Theres always room for improvement... When I asked about the 40 night guarantee, it seemed clear to me that there was no expectation that anyone would take advantage of it. In fact I was told that return wouldn't be refunded and i would have to pay £35 for it to be collected.

I had already ordered a wardrobe which was poorly fitted and had to complain which spoilt my overall experience with Dreams.

Perhaps I am being harsh but I knew exactly what I wanted before visiting the store as I had chosen the bed and mattress on line. Time was at a premium that day and the assistant was rather too talkative which delayed us. She was very friendly though but by the time we left I was late for an appointment.
