Shane just asked me did i want am pm or all day delivery did not explain i had a choice of free delivery i bought a bed previously(3 months ago) and noticed delivery was free on that order so i telephoned to question this and the lady was very pleasant and corrected it ALSO more importantly i phoned the day after purchase to cancel the cover on mattress and to add that i would like to pay for curved slats Shaun said he would do this and i would recieve an email i phoned three days later and the lady sorted it because Shaun had NOT done it

The sales staff did not identify what I wanted so when I asked if I could have any bedding thrown in or the best price on the mattress she gave me something that I didn't want. Because she seemed distracted I wasn't aware she was offering me a mattress topper in the deal when I really wanted a duvet. Thankfully I clarified before we got to the finance section so it could be changed.

More info on the stand next to mattresses, the store felt a little dated but didn’t put us off purchasing

I had to ask for assistance although the store was not busy. No stock carried by the store or central warehouse etc. all goods to order only - even a 3 foot mattress takes three weeks for delivery.

No major issues. The sales assistant was very polite, knowledgable and helpful. The only slight downside was god wait I had to actually pay for the order purely due to all three checkouts being used because it was busy. Really not a major issue at all.
