We didn’t feel pressured to buy, given space to look at everything we wanted and plenty of time without feeling rushed! Loved Carol who helped us :)

Vicki was superb. I couldn't find something and she helped me straight away. She also helped me and my husband with the 'sleep experience' machine (which was fantastic) and we found a great bed frame, mattress and pillows. Perfect experience, no complaints at all.

Visit was so easy and Vicky was friendly and professional and she told us everything we needed to know

We found exactly what we were looking for and were helped by a very friendly and pleasant Carol who was informative without being pushy.

From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted by Carol who was very pleasant and thanked me for using the hand sanitizer supplied. She listened to what I wanted and showed me the machine that assesses what mattress is good for you. She offered me bottled water a few times which was nice of her. She then showed me round some mattresses to see which ones I liked. She really knew her stuff and was very charismatic and friendly. I came back the following week to buy the mattress as I wanted to have a think about it. Vicky was the lady that greeted me that day she was also very nice and she sold me the mattress. She explained things very well and I was very please with the service I received from all the staff there. Thank you very much ladies, it’s much appreciated.

I am highly satisfied with my recent experience at Dreams Ipswich as the staff were friendly, approachable and attentive. The staff member I spoke to (Gerrell) was polite and knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He also offered me and my partner a drink of water whilst we were trying out the mattresses which was great. I was also very pleased with the delivery timescales offered which was just under a weeks wait.
