the colour coding was a bit confusing as we didnt know what it all meant but once the sales assistant approached us to offer assistance it was fine

Overall the service was great and the shop assistant excellent. It would have been good to have a little more choice in our price range

Not the assistants fault but having spent several minutes of filling in my details on the computer, the system wiped out all the details and we had to start again. Just a little frustrating, but assistant offered myself and my husband a cup of tea which was welcomed and appreciated.

I thought satisfied was a good reply I told the assistant what I wanted and he was very good and did not pressure me for a sale which was good because if he did I would have not purchased anything I have shopped at dreams several times and everything has been good I don’t think highly satisfied should be an option as satisfied should be good enough. Someo e who is always highly satisfied fir every answer are false. The Ipswich store Is very good and the staff are a,ways helpful

Have shopped before and returned. The service is what I would expect good but nothing extra which is why I put satisfied

From recent advertising, I thought more items would be discounted. The item I chose was the only one of that particular firmness and type and wasn't in the sale. Other than that, I was very satisfied.
