because I'm almost never highly satisfied about anything! Discerning ...

I was satisfied with the service which is what I would normally expect..

Everything was very good, staff helpful-even got a cup of coffee...👍

We just went in the store to look at beds not to purchase but found exactly what i was looking for and Sue the assistant sorted it out within 10 mins great stuff so yes we were satisfied with the service.

If you give highly satisfied for everything then there is no room for improvement and people become complacent and then stop trying and the service becomes less than satisfactory.

Just the lead time on delivery, Sue was very helpful and friendly

I felt the staff looked untidy...dreams could do with providing a uniform to make staff look more professional

I chose a mattress within the price range I could afford rather than ask for expert advice.

Was very good service and very helpfully and quick would go back next time

Dissapointed that for such a quality product you could only trust its durability with a 12 month guarantee and felt railroaded into buying an extended warranty.
