Overall, my experience was good however I did feel somewhat rushed into making a decision. However, I am aware that this is probably a tactic used by many sales representatives. On reflection, I would have wanted some time to consider my purchase but as soon as I showed an interest in your product I was very quickly shown to the till to complete the order.

We would have looked and chosen a mattress ourselves but we had to ask for assistance as there were so many options and choices and there seemed to be no order to the layout of the products as we ended up walking all over the showroom. We were totally reliant on the assistant.

I only required a mattress topper and the options available were extremely limited. The salesperson even acknowledged that there had previously been a wider range. However I only had the choice of one product.

The assistant was very friendly but didn't feel she really understood what we wanted and kept getting us to try various items. In the end we were confused and were in the store for a very long time.

I am yet to receive my order, once this is delivered I am sure I will be highly satisfied. I was informed that I would get a phone call today with a delivery date but haven’t received it yet. I will call tomorrow if I don’t hear.
