company was unable to deliver the bed but provided me with a phone number for an outside delivery company which cost me an extra £125. also told that they had given me some free pillows but when i got home and checked the order in the email sent from dreams found out that the pillows had been included in the price

Firstly there was a sale on which was highly advertised but NOT on mattresses Secondly I was very disappointed that the delivery charge was £30

First 2 members of staff had no interest in helping me despite me saying “I’ve seen an advert on tv for a mattress I’d like to buy” the first member of staff told me to speak to another member of staff, without asking any questions. The second member of staff couldn’t have been less interested if he tried. I think he seemed more interested in couples shopping, maybe for higher value sale? For higher commission?

I thought paying over £700 for a mattress is quite a lot. No free pillows Original warranty was only 1year on a £900 mattress which meant I had to pay for the extended warranty.

It was a good visit with helpful sales people, however the drama machine recommended a very firm mattress for me and there were only three to choose from/try in store - one very pricey, one with very bad reviews online.

Staff do not offer assistance freely have to find them. One member of staff previously told me a 20% discount would be happening in store soon, so held off on purchase to be told at later date this was not happening by different member of staff
