Because the sales assistant was confusing me with too many options and took too long when trying to put all the information into the computer to pay for the items.

The beds I agreed were for the slide access (not drawer) but I believe the beds I am now expecting are for a single slider drawer. Description wasn't exactly helpful as both say slider, but I noticed because of the price differential which I didn't notice until I got home. I will wait to see what arrives but will accept them as they are as they are for a holiday let and I need them by the agreed delivery date.

Was told two free pillows. When checked email confirmation had to pay for two other pillows at £20. Would not have had these if I had noticed in shop
