Only because there was a bit of confusion about whether the mattress i wanted was available or not

Cathy did a great job with finding me the right mattress but I wanted some time to think about the bed frame. When I came back it took Carole quite a while to sort the order/ finance and also the frame I wanted wasn't available for a long while.

Felt a little overwhelmed with all the info given by the assistant.

Was extremely satisfied with the assistant that served us and satisfied with our purchase. Not enough choice of competitively priced products during a SALE

I think that the staff were very helpful and friendly and that there was a reasonable amount of choice of products. Only issue was that I had was that I felt the beds seemed a little over priced.

We had to go on a machine to ascertain the best matress for us and we were then shown some that may or may not have been on the list

I did ask not to spend over £500 but spent over £650 I was surprised how expensive a complete bed mattress and headboard was especially as I have chosen the cheapest. Very pleased though with my choice which will be delivered on Monday. Best service ever too.
