Dreams - Ipswich

We came to Dreams having been in a number of shops in search of a bed and mattress. We were overwhelmed with the many types of mattresses available. Dreams made our search for the perfect mattress extremely simple, something other shops had not done. The colour coding of mattresses is extremely helpful and the sales assistant had fantastic knowledge the different types. Moreover, the sales assistant helped us to find the best we could afford within our budget.

The assistant who served me couldn't have been more help full, she made it a very pleasant experience.

Very friendly service. Helpful when needed. Did not mind how long it took for us to decide and the staff stayed late to complete our order.

Both staff members were keen to help without being overbearing, and their product knowledge was excellent

Carol who served me was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to assist me without being pushy in any way. She was very pleasant and made my first time of shopping at Dreams an enjoyable and positive experience. I will definitely be back.

Carol met us with a warm friendly smile, was very helpfull with no pressure, just what was needed, Oh, and the mugs of tea went down well too !

All the staff in the shop was very helpful and they even made us tea even thoe they were short staffed they looked after us well very impressed and would go back again and again if people would look after you the way they did thank you

The sales assistant (Carol) was extremely friendly and helpful without being 'pushy'. We were given tea (made by the boss) and felt comfortable, relaxed and well informed of the conditions of purchase. The sale was swift and easy and delivery options extremely flexible and accommodating to our needs.

The lady who dealt me with went out of her way to make time for my son and even give him paper and pens to entertain him well she was doing my order which she didn't have to do

The bed we first wanted was out of stock. The second bed was unavailable in the size we wanted and chose to buy the next size up. Delivery times were an issue which impacted on both the bed and mattress we brought.
