A Sales assistant was available immediately and helped with all questions I had about the product I ordered.

We were greeted by a lovely sales lady called carol she went above and beyond the service was fab. She helped my daughter choose the perfect mattress she helped myself with different pillows offered us bottle of water and nothing was to much trouble it was at the ransoms euro park in ipswich.

Walked in and within 5 minutes we had someone assisting us and took us straight to the sleep match machine. We were offered a drink. Once that was completed we were shown our perfect matched mattress and second from top and instantly knew which mattress we wanted. We were then given pillows to try out also. The order process was very quick and easy.

Harry B083 was friendly & knowledgeable. He allowed us time & space when required but was on hand to answer all of our questions. He made us feel comfortable & I didn’t feel pressured which made me relax and buy a bed to suit my needs. It’s taken us 20 years to get round to replacing our bed and Harry B083 made it a pleasant & easy task. Thank you Harry

Harry introduced himself as soon as i entered the store and let me browse whilst waiting for my husband to join me, he was extremely knowledgeable and and suggested we try the bed to get measurements to suggest which mttreses would suit as i have a hip problem and my husband has back pain, we tried the first one and he said he could see straight away that it wasn't right, we had time to try others and go back to them until we were happy with one that was right for us, all the time Harry was very attentive and helpful, the process of purchasing and choosing a delivery date was extremely easy and relaxed, all precautions for personal protection we in place wiith several hand sanitising stations around the store.

Really easy process from start to finish. I knew what bed I wanted but I did do the sleepmatch again and tried out three mattresses before making a decision. Harry helped me out through the entire process and all the other staff were very friendly.

We had excellent help. Tyrell was efficient and friendly without being pushy. Seemed pleased to help
