Had exactly what we wanted the sales person was really helpfull

The Sales Assistant Lynsey made the shopping experience a lot of fun and was extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped us choose which ones we needed. She processed the order very quickly and efficiently. Well done Lynsey.

From start to finish our experience was exactly what we wanted hence why we have just spent four thousand pounds in this store On our visit we were welcomed by Harry I think ? That may be wrong but the most important thing was that we were not pounced upon we were given time to look round and the colleague was friendly and a tentative but not over bearing After thinking about whether or not to make this big investment we returned this weekend and were again served in a great manner firstly by Shaun he was knowledgable and pleasant Then the store manager placed our order and really looked after us - we would not have made a purchase if the service was not as it was and would certainly return in the future but I hope we don't need to after spending so much money lol I've already to.d my friends how great it was to be served in the way we were and would definitely be recommending to anyone

The assistant carol, asked us if we wanted help but wasn't pushy or intrusive. She helped us find exactly what we wanted then checked the sale price with the manager. She removed the headboard from the display so that we could take a proper look and let us decide if we wanted to make the purchase. She packed the item securely to protect from damage.

Bought a nice bed which had a great reduction that we couldn't have afforded otherwise.

I looked in a lot of shops and at a lot of beds I actually bought the tempur from you and you were the only shop that he the one I found comfortable. I did find it very expensive though and it was a stretch for us financially. The staff must have got fed up of the times I went in there to choose but always made me feel welcome with a smile .

The lady in the store was just brilliant. She was so lovely and personable and i felt that she was being really open and hoest with me. I had to leave the store and come back later and she remembered my name which was a nice touch. she had a massive smile on her face and couldnt of been more helpful.
