The assistant Harry explained the products, listened to our needs and answered our questions. He was friendly but professional, helpful and attentive but also allowed us time to make our decision. He was the most helpful assistant we encountered in any of the furniture or bedding stores we visited and remembered our names and the products we were interested in when we returned to the Ipswich store a few days later.

The sales manager was very helpful very professional with customer care at heart

Both Richard & Harry were great sales personel. We dealt mainly with Richard and his attitude was fantastic, explained everything to us & helped us find exactly what we wanted. Not only did he know the products inside out, he went above and beyond with customer service. Fantastic service! I'd definately return to that store with those staff!!!

Lyndsey was extremely friendly and efficient. She knew the products well and understood what I needed.

The survive was first class , I was greeted at the door and given very good service . The gents product knowledge was superb .

We were planning to shop around for a new bed. Dreams was our first port of call and the staff were really helpful, friendly, professional and formally informal which made the visit and subsequent purchase an easy decision. Lynsey was the member of staff we dealt with and we also met with the manager (Richard, I believe) who was happy to offer his advice too in relation to our questions etc. If we were at all hesitant about the quality or the price we would have continued shopping around before making a decision but it really was a case of meeting the right staff, getting the right advice and above all getting the right mattress and bedstead. We cannot wait for the delivery in a few weeks time, which again is amazing that we don't have long to wait to get our purchase.

Very friendly and helpful staff who were there to help as much as they could but without being a typical sales man. I felt like I was treated like a loyal customer and not just another sale.

From the moment I entered the store, finding the product I needed was so easy and my visit was made so much nicer.
