I was served by carol who was very friendly and helpful, she took the time to explain how the bed worked and she made sure we got all the offers that we could possibly get. The store manager Richard who was near by was also very polite helpful and friendly. A great experience and a very friendly team you have. Also as you come into the store it is very inviting and calm, compared to an earlier bed store I visited earlier in the day. I cannot express how great my experience was coming into dreams today, so I will definitely be coming in again soon as thinking about buying another bed now which will be from dreams.

We were greeted by one of the friendliest welcomes we have ever had whilst shopping. Lynsey served us, and she deserves a promotion. Her product knowledge was excellent, she was super friendly but professional. She helped us find exactly what we needed, placed our order and processed our paperwork in an efficient and fast way, without ever hurrying us about any decision or change. The range of beds and mattresses were great and the store was very clean and efficiently running. To help staff and other customers, I would suggest that the store has more desks for completing orders. Too many employees were trying to help customers with only two desks, and when we were there, several customers had to move or stand whilst completing purchases - the customers didn't seem to mind, but it was obvious that the staff needed this extra desk space.

Went to my local store (Ipswich) helped by an exemplary colleague called Harry. I was impressed with the way that Harry aided us by explaining the colour coding system and found the right bed for us. We weren't intending to buy a mattress this particular day, just get an idea of the kind of thing we would need, with a view to buying in the next month or so. However, we were so impressed with the product and competitive prices, we decided to buy one. We had been to John Lewis and Bensons that day, but decided the overall experience and the mattress was much better at Dreams and hubby and I felt the colleague really understood our needs and found us the perfect mattress and pillows. We didn't get that from the other stores. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly workers in store. And sales rep had good understanding of the products we were interested in, and understood our requirements. Very helpful with offers which were available to us.

The assistant Harry explained the products, listened to our needs and answered our questions. He was friendly but professional, helpful and attentive but also allowed us time to make our decision. He was the most helpful assistant we encountered in any of the furniture or bedding stores we visited and remembered our names and the products we were interested in when we returned to the Ipswich store a few days later.
