The products are well displayed with relevant information provided on the information panels. Store staff were friendly and helpful and the buying experience was efficient and effective.

The sales assistant was amazing. So friendly and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and made the whole experience very enjoyable. She helped me find everything and explained the product and insurance etc. She went the extra mile and made me feel at home. I'm looking forward to my new bed arriving.

The assistant couldn't have been more helpful. Not pushy, well informed, pleasant, very helpful with suggestions to allow us to make up our own mind. No sales pressure. This we liked.

I was served by Lynsey at Ipswich Euro Retail Park. She was really friendly and helpful and explained everything to me. She made me feel great and she genuinely was interested in my needs and for me to get the best value for money and a lovely comfortable bed. My Mum was with me and now she is going to buy a bed there because of the excellent service. Thank you, Lynsey, for making my shopping experience at Dreams, Ipswich a great pleasure.

Friendly and helpful member of staff. Wide range of products to suit our needs. Only time will tell if the quality is as expected. I am somewhat alarmed at the feedback from other customers re delivery and the casual attitude of the delivery staff.

Carol served us and couldn't have been more helpful. She advised on little things to check for when erecting the bed and made sue we were happy with the choice we had made. The other members of staff were also very friendly and made conversation with us and made us a drink. All in all a very pleasant experience.
