Carol the assistant was very friendly and helpful and had excellent product knowledge and advised us well.She explained about the different types off mattress and was able to recommend a suitable one.We purchased an ottoman base as well as we were impressed with the storage space and ease of use,this was demonstrated to us.We also purchased a cotton mattress protector again on recommendation.

There was only one assistance in the store when we visited and she was dealing with a customer ordering a bed, the whole time she was aware that we were there and interacted with us. When we wished to place an order she was keeping us informed of how long we would have to wait, which actually was no time at all as she dealt with the previous customer very quickly and efficiently. She then dealt with us and took time and answered our questions and queries and she was certainly very knowledgeable on the range and prices, we were not hurried along at all. By the time she finished serving us it was 8.30pm and the store closes at 8pm we were very impressed by the service and the time that the assistant spent with us. Thank you.

The person serving was friendly, knowledgeable and sociable. She encouraged me to take my time and yet was totally attentive. Highly personable, too.

The sales staff were very helpful, pointing out the colour code system and showing us all the beds we were interested in, but leaving us to try out the mattresses without being pressured. Even though we decided to pay for the bed to be put together, they printed out the assembly instructions, due to the possibility of a move in the future. The tea & coffee was a welcome bonus.

Well laid out store with easy access to all beds, mattresses and information. Staff were really helpful and kind.

we had been into benson for beds next door and the chap didn't get off his chair we then went into your store and all the staff were lovely and very helpful

Sales lady came over to see if we needed any help, she also offered us refreshments which is a lovely touch, she then gave us all info needed then let us choose mattress in our own time. Did not feel pressured at all but very helpful and knowledgeable. Was very surprised how quickly the bed and mattress can be delivered (less than a week). Overall experience excellent.

We were dealt with by Lynsey, she was very professional and knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help, she was fantastic.
