Having a bed from you which we are very pleased with, and some bedside cabinets we are also pleased with, and needing a chest of drawers we wanted to match this with the bedside cabinets. Your salesperson entirely understood our requirements and speedily found answers to our questions about whether the range is still available and showed us the options available. She was as friendly, personal and lively as we had experienced her on our previous orders.

We could not decide what to buy as we didn't know much about what type of bed would be the best for us. The lovely employees of dreams provided us with plenty of information and we found the perfect bed. We are definitely going to visiting the store again within a few months for more furniture.

I was very impressed with the help & assistance I received at the store, I needed to match an item of bedroom furniture to my existing suite and I was shown a variety of colours and styles and given plenty of time to decide what would suit my needs. Whilst paying for my purchase I was offered tea or coffee, my whole experience at Dreams of Ipswich was marvellous, I have already recommended the store to family and friends. Upon entering the store an assistant immediately heckled that we were ok, we then found a few beds we liked and spoke to the assistant he helped us make the right choice. She was also incredibly helpful in making sure we were happy (even made us a cup of tea!) Overall very happy with the experience and the furniture we purchased!

We found what we were looking for, it was in the sale and half priced. The assistant helped us find a headboard that we liked. Everything was prompt and helpful.

The Assistant was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the options available to us and took time whilst we considered these. He did not push any particularly product but gave the right guidance when we explained what we where looking for.
