The shop had the product that I wanted and the shop assistant Lynsey was very helpful. Overall I was very satisfied .

Harry the sales assistant serving us spent a long time understanding what we wanted and showing us different mattresses to suit what we were looking for, he also gave us time to have a think and make a final decision about the purpose that we was making and spend time showing us the other items available and was not pushing us to buy any of us but just showing us what was available.

My partner is a very sarcastic, silly guy, and Lynsey who served us picked up on it immediately and was very funny and quick-witted, dealing with all my partner's stupid comments with good humour!

I took 2 trips to Dreams and both times I was approached and asked if I needed any help by the store manager. All my questions were answered and everything was explained to me.

Lynsey was very helpful, friendly and not pushy. She encouraged us to try the beds and in the positions we would normally sleep in. She helped us to try a range of beds and helped us find the perfect one. We visited several stores and we definitely felt the most comfortable and confident in your product range.

We told the assistant our requirements and were shown the two beds that would meet our requirements. We then purchased the best one.
