The assistant was so helpful. We were offered coffee. Shown the beds most suited to our needs. She was polite knowledgeable and very pleasant. The whole experience was painless and stress free

I've already done this survey once and my opinions haven't changed, the service I received from Lindsey at the Ipswich store was brilliant, for that matter so were her colleague's as they remembered us from a previous visit and tended to our every need.

Everything was clearly marked and very easy to find. We were not pounced on by sales staff the instant we walked in they waited for us to ask and they were ready to help. Also the lady we dealt with was very pleasant to talk to very knowledgable and did not try for force us to buy any extras she simply showed us some products and let us decide. Everything was easy and quick with nice sales staff
