The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient and not pushy.

Having been a previous customer being highly satisfied with electric bed. We had no doubt where to go for our next purchase. And have been very happy with the sales person for all his help and professional advice without being pushy.

Items we wanted to see were in store, store assistant attended us promptly, was not pushy and showed us what we wanted to see. She Lso advised of the 3 for 2 offer

Very friendly and knowlegdable assistant, not at all pushy. Made us feel very at ease and gave us good advice when asked excellent all round. Lindsey was great and seamed to know when we needed time to discuss and choose and when to give that advice. Very impressed

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and after asking what we were interested in, we were advised on which mattresses might be of interest to us. Once we had tried and tested several beds, we were guided towards the possible choices and helped to make our decision. We were even offered a cup of tea. Once our final decision was made, the transaction all went very smoothly and we now look forward to receiving our new mattress next week.

Very helpful staff member who knew exactly what we were looking for and did not just try to sell us the most expensive bed.

The gentleman serving me was very helpful and knew what he was talking about and managed to fit in the bed fitting at short notice for me.

The sales assisstant Lynsey was extremely,helpful,knowledgeable and gave us valuable assistance in our bed requirements. She was extremely efficient and obviously knew her job very well.My wife and I couldnt have been more pleased, she was excellent
