Dreams - Ipswich

We were served by a lovely lady called Carol. She came over and asked if we understood the colour coding of the mattresses and, when we didn't, she took the time to explain them to us. She also kindly offered us a tea or coffee. She also gave us a pillow each to take round the store with us as the ones provided on the mattresses she said were not very comfy. Her overall attitude was fantastic. We didn't at any time feel pressurised and she let us wonder round the shop on our own. Once we decided on the mattress we wanted, she offered to see if there was anything she could do on the delivery prices even though we didn't ask her to do that. As it happened, she got us an amazing deal and we were enormously satisfied with not only our purchase but the service that Carol provided us with.

On entering the store we were greeted by Shane in a friendly manner, He asked us if we required any assistance to which we said yes. He was very knowledgable on all your products that we were interested in.

Highly satisfied as the staff were helpful and accommodating from the moment we entered the store. There was no sales pressure whatsoever; we were given time to look around the store, with attentive help when we needed it. The salesperson (Carol) was incredibly helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with her.

In store Harry was amazing explained the options we had, he didn't push us to buy something just gave us great advice and time to look and select what we wanted. Customer service was A*

I did not get the ladies name, but credit where it's due your staff at the Ipswich branch were very helpful and made shopping a pleasant and fun experience.

Very friendly, informative staff

The assistant Linzi, was extremely helpful and friendly was a pleasure to deal with.

The assistant explained everything in a clear cheerful manner, she was very helpful without being pushy. We were allowed to keep looking from one item to another and the difference was explained to us. The assistant made us feel relaxed and important. The items were clearly marked with product information and prices and other options available (colour etc).

Lindsey our sales assistant was very helpful and new her product. We didn't place an order the first visit as we wanted to look at other bed companies. We visited another shop but felt we didn't get the same information and personnel attention which Lindsey gave us. When we returned that same week she remembered us and was pleased we had returned. I hope we are as pleased with our dreams bed and mattress!
