excellent and very attentive (listening) service from the assistant Shane

once we were served he had good knowledge of items and we did not at any point feel pressured into our purchase

I had the various different options available to try in store, I had the right amount of help without anyone being pushy, information about a 60 day trial was checked and verified, and the right people were available to enable me to buy then and there, at a competitive price. The admin side of the order was completed very efficiently by Lynsey. Walked away a very happy customer.

Shane was so helpful as were his 2 colleagues . At no time was I hurried and spent over an hour laying on different beds . His knowledge was amazing and I hope when I get the mattress I have a great nights sleep .
