The Lady who looked after us (Carol?) could not have been more helpful and actually made the whole experience enjoyable!!

Very professional service. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Sales person was very knowledgeable of my requirements and showed us products from a wide range of prices and no pressure by guidance of higher priced beds. After showing us different designs he left us to make our own decisions regarding our choice and put our minds at ease after making our choice.

Help and advice quickly available which made the difference of just looking and making a purchase. Did not intend to purchase until David helped my ability to choose. Delivery also was very efficient and on time, previous firms letting me down in the past so I was pleasantly surprised.

I visited your store looking for a mattress. After receiving assistance on the different types of mattress, I continue to look around the store until I found a lovely bed frame and an comfortable mattress on ex-display after doing abit of negotiating I was given choice to choose different pillows and mattress protector to be thrown in the deal, which was perfect, they quickly sorted the paper work and I'm picking the frame and mattress this Monday. Thank you

Lynsey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole process enjoyable and really seemed to understand my needs without making me feel uncomfortable. She is an asset to your company, she even offered me a cup of tea while we completed the transaction which was a lovely touch.

We had excellent service from Carol at your Ipswich store, she knew the products really well and helped us choose the right bed and mattress. We had our two children with us as well and she was really good talking to them and letting them try beds out. Great selection of bed, fantastic service - looking forward to getting my new bed!!!
